SMS Terms & Consent

Dale is a construction project coordination platform operated by The MVM Group LLC. Dale sends SMS and MMS text messages to subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders on behalf of general contractors to coordinate scheduling, provide project updates, and facilitate communication throughout the construction process.

How You Receive Messages from Dale

When a general contractor uses Dale to manage their projects, they add their subcontractors' and team members' phone numbers to the platform. When your phone number is added, you receive an introductory text message from Dale that:

Your continued engagement after receiving this introductory message constitutes your consent to receive project-related text messages from Dale on behalf of the general contractor.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (see below).

Consent to receive text messages is separate from any other agreement and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or entering into any business relationship.

What Messages You Will Receive

Messages sent through Dale are transactional and project-related. They include:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on project activity. During active project phases, you can expect approximately 2-10 messages per week. Message frequency may increase around scheduling deadlines or project milestones.

Sample Messages

Here are examples of the types of messages you may receive:

"Hey Mike, framing just wrapped on the Smith build at 123 Oak St. We're looking to get rough-in electrical started week of April 14. ~3,200 sq ft custom home. Can you make that work? Reply STOP to opt out."
"Following up on the Smith rough-in — are you good for next week? Let me know and I'll confirm with the team. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Heads up — HVAC needs to be done before drywall on the Johnson project. We want to get you scheduled for the week of May 5. 2,800 sq ft, ductwork not yet run. Does that work? Reply STOP to opt out."

Opting Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Dale. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to your number.

Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message from Dale for assistance. You will receive a message with our brand name, contact email, and phone number. You can also reach us at mason@meetdale.com.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Dale does not charge for sending or receiving text messages — any charges come from your carrier.

Privacy & Data Sharing

We will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely for the purpose of providing Dale's project coordination services.

Carriers & Liability

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and service availability.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
