Built by a builder’s son — for builders.

Dale is built by Mason Bradford, a third-generation home builder. His grandfather built homes. His father builds homes. Mason was five years old the first time he drove a skid steer on a job site, and spent every summer of his life working on one.

Watching his dad burn hours every week fielding calls from clients and subcontractors — time that could have been spent building — is why Dale exists. Dale texts subcontractors on behalf of the general contractor, keeps clients updated through a portal, and gives builders their time back on the build.

Dale is operated by The MVM Group LLC, a Georgia-registered company based in Smyrna, GA.

How Dale works

  1. Contractors onboard with Dale. The general contractor signs up with The MVM Group LLC and configures Dale for their build process — trades, phases, and typical job workflow — so Dale can coordinate on their behalf.

  2. Clients and subcontractors are enrolled project-by-project.

    • Clients (homeowners) get access to a real-time portal showing the current phase, upcoming trades, and recent updates — no more “where’s my project at?” phone calls.
    • Subcontractors are added by phone number. Each one receives an introductory SMS identifying Dale (on behalf of the named contractor), disclosing message types, frequency (approximately 2–10 messages per week during active projects), that message and data rates may apply, and providing STOP to opt out and HELP for support.
  3. Dale runs coordination by text. Dale sends project coordination SMS to subcontractors — scheduling requests, phase-completion alerts, and job site updates — in plain text, on behalf of the contractor. Messages are transactional (not marketing). Subcontractors can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Clients see updates in the portal automatically.

Text Message Communications

Dale sends automated SMS messages to subcontractors on behalf of general contractors for construction project coordination. Messages include scheduling notifications, phase completion alerts, and job site updates. Approximately 2-10 messages per week during active projects. Message and data rates may apply.

How Consent Works

When a general contractor adds a subcontractor's phone number to Dale, the subcontractor receives an introductory text message that:

The general contractor enrolls the subcontractor as part of an existing business relationship for a construction project and attests to the subcontractor's consent at the time of enrollment. Dale then sends the introductory SMS above with all required disclosures. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Consent to receive text messages is separate from any other agreement and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or entering into any business relationship.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
