General Contractor Adds Subcontractor

The general contractor adds the subcontractor's phone number to the Dale platform as part of their existing business relationship for a construction project.

Dale Sends Introductory SMS

Dale automatically sends a single introductory text message to the subcontractor. This message contains all required disclosures. No project messages are sent until after the introductory message.

Introductory Message Contains All Required Disclosures

The introductory message includes: program name (Dale), sender identity (Dale, by The MVM Group LLC, on behalf of the general contractor), message types (project scheduling, coordination, updates), frequency (approximately 2-10 messages per week during active projects), fee disclosure (message and data rates may apply), opt-out instructions (reply STOP at any time), help instructions (reply HELP for assistance), and a statement that consent is voluntary.

Subcontractor Receives Disclosures and Can Opt Out at Any Time

Consent was attested to by the general contractor at the time of enrollment (step 1), based on their existing business relationship with the subcontractor for the construction project. The introductory message above provides the subcontractor with all required disclosures. The subcontractor can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. They can also reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly.

Consent to receive text messages is separate from any other agreement and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or entering into any business relationship.
